We designed, built, own and property manage 10 comercial multi-tenant buildings consisting of Executive Office, Office/Warehouse and/or Retail in Green Bay, Appleton and Kaukauna.

We welcome commercial realtors. We pay a commercial realtor the full commission of 6%.

Absolutely. We have tenants who have leased from us for over 20 years and counting in Green Bay, Appleton and Kaukauna with other tenants well over a decade. Thank you to those tenants for their continued business. It is greatly appreciated by us.

Yes, we have a vast amount of years of hands on field experience (starting in the 1960’s) unlike a lot of our competition who don’t know how a screw is turned. By trade we are HVAC. We have physically done every phase of building and property management including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, framing, security camera systems, metal fabrication, landscaping, etc. We have been on our roofs servicing our air conditioners, rooftop HVAC units, roof penetrations, etc. We own and operate our scissor lifts, trailers, machinery, etc. Most of our competition lack this expertise and credentials.

Yes we are.  From start to finish. On time and on or under budget. We have one of the finest rosters of sub-contractors around based on quality, price and logistics. We have a time tested working relationship with our sub-contractors.

No, you do not. No realtor no commission thus a lower rental rate. However realtors will provide you their knowledge and expertise in leasing space. Please note: Commercial realtors are not allowed to provide legal advice.

Our Lease is authored by us in layman terms where possible, but with legal teeth. With that said, the tenant should be able to review the Lease without a lawyer, but we welcome and recommend you have a lawyer review the Lease.

Yes we have operated locally since our inception in 1974. Some of our competition does reside and operate semi-retired in warm states such as Florida, etc. We prefer to give our tenants hands on customer service.

Yes, are only occupation is being a commercial landlord thus full fledged. A lot of our competition are doctors, lawyers, plumbers, etc. first with being a commercial landlord on the back burner – they get to you when they get to you. Not Talisman, we want to hear from and provide customer service to our tenants.

From concept to fully realized – hen scratching’s, Autocad drawings, design layout, contractors to do any type of build out, General Contractor duties, on time schedules, etc. We have existing lease space inventory that was built on spec or tenant’s wishes. We also have existing lease space inventory that are unfinished with a concrete floor in place ready for a brand new build out. We also offer demo services where we demolish an existing build out and build anew. We also do minor modifications to existing lease space if tenant’s need modifications to their business operation during their tenancy. We also own open fields in Appleton and Kaukauna where we will build commercial buildings on spec or commercial buildings for a tenant – building size 40,000 to 60,000 sq ft.
